Dès l'âge de 12 ans, Phil prend des cours aux Beaux-arts de Dijon avant de suivre ceux de Beaune. En 1992, il rentre aux 'Gobelins' en section animation pour être remarqué à sa sortie par les studios Disney. Il va y travailler 10 ans sur des films comme Tarzan, Cuzco ou Atlantide, l'empire perdu. Fin 2003, il se tourne vers la BD pour Kookabura universe, Les seigneurs d'Agartha et La geste des chevaliers dragons. Puis c'est le virage vers les comics chez Marvel avec White Tiger et Sub-Mariner: Evolution. Actuellement, il travaille sur X-Men: Legacy et Wanderers.
At 12, Phil began to learn drawing in Beaux-arts in Dijon and then in Beaune. In 1992, he got in Gobelins Art Schoo, department animation. As soon as he is gratuated, he began working at Disney Studios. For ten years, he worked on animation movies such as Tarzan, Cuzco ou Atlantis, the Lost Empire. In 2003, he changed to comic books and pencilled Kookabura universe, Les seigneurs d'Agartha and La geste des chevaliers dragons. Then he got into American comic books with White Tiger and Sub-Mariner: Evolution. Currently, he works on X-Men: Legacy and Wanderers.
