Delivery

We ship your Sketchbooks to the address you indicated when you placed your order.

Delivery date refers to the time we need to process, handle and package your order. You have to add shipping time time by our partner La Poste. In case you order multiple products, you may expericence a longer process.

Orders are processed to our printer every thursday, unless indicated. Packages usually leave our Paris office on mondays to be delivered to you. Ordering between monday and wednesday will considerably reduce the time between your order and delivery.

If shipping exceeds 7 open days, you have the possibility to ask for refund by sending a certified letter. You'll be reimbursed within 30 days.

Refund

In case you return a product (as covert in the terms and conditions -art.7 and 8) Full FX will reimburse you within 30 business days by swift or check. Shipping of the return products will be at your own expense.
